1. Quality Design?
   We offer you a full design service, everything from an initial consultation to uncovering your deepest desires for your new space. You will be able to visualize your new space as we provide full computer generated blue-prints and 3D models with walk-through. We also offer an optional interior decorating service at the completion of your project. We cover all aspects of the design, we leave no stone unturned.
2. Project Management?
   We offer you a highly educated, seasoned and personable Project Manager for your project. Your Manager will be dedicated to you throughout the entire project. You can reach them 24/7 with any questions or concerns. You can even request your particular Project Manager for any future projects you may have.
3. How Long Will The Project Take?
   Every basement has custom components; therefore, each has an individual timeline. With our scheduling system we are able to produce projects in a timely manner based on the details of your design. On average, most basement projects will take 8-12 weeks, again depending on the complexity of the design. Our timelines are guaranteed!
4. To Sub or Not to Sub?
   We offer different avenues for building your project. We manage highly graded and screened subcontractors that we have developed relationships with for many years. We often use in-house crews to help us perform portions of your project. We believe that the mix between subcontracting and in-house crews allows the flexibility needed to meet timelines.

   We have a comprehensive proactive warranty program that rivals new home builders.

   Yes, we are fully insured and all of our subcontractors are as well with liability and workmen’s compensation, no exceptions.
